Welcome to Ruhani by Parul. By purchasing from or interacting with us via Instagram, WhatsApp, exhibitions, or our website, you agree to the following Terms & Services.

1. General

  • Ruhani by Parul (“we,” “us,” “our”) is a jewelry brand offering 925 silver, 18K micron gold-plated, and stainless steel anti-tarnish jewelry.

  • By placing an order, you accept these Terms & Services.

  • We may update these terms at any time, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of changes.

2. Products

  • All jewelry is handcrafted/curated with care. Minor variations in color, texture, or finish are natural and not considered defects.

  • Product descriptions, images, and prices are displayed as accurately as possible. However, we do not guarantee that your device’s display of color/size will be exact.

  • All materials (925 silver, stainless steel, micron gold plating, moissanite, etc.) are clearly mentioned in product descriptions.

3. Orders & Payments

  • Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment (via UPI, bank transfer, credit/debit cards, or other accepted methods).

  • Prices are listed in INR and may be subject to change without prior notice.

  • We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of stock unavailability, incorrect pricing, or fraudulent activity. Full refunds will be issued in such cases.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are processed within [3–7 business days]. Delivery timelines vary by location (generally 5–10 business days within India).

  • We partner with trusted courier services. Once shipped, we are not liable for delays, loss, or damage caused by courier/logistics partners.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Incorrect addresses may cause delays or extra charges.

5. Care & Warranty

  • Jewelry should be handled with care: avoid direct contact with water, perfumes, or harsh chemicals. Store in provided pouches/boxes.

  • Anti-tarnish and plating longevity depend on usage and care. We do not provide lifetime guarantees.

  • Repairs/re-polishing may be offered at an additional cost depending on feasibility.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All product designs, brand name, photographs, videos, and content under Ruhani by Parul are our intellectual property.

  • Unauthorized reproduction, resale, or use of our content is prohibited without prior consent.

7. Privacy

  • Personal details (name, address, contact info) collected for orders are kept confidential and used only for processing and shipping.

  • We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties, except logistics/payment providers essential to complete your order.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Ruhani by Parul shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (delays, courier issues, allergic reactions, etc.).

  • Our maximum liability in any transaction is limited to the amount paid for the product(s) in question.

9. Governing Law

  • These Terms & Services are governed by the laws of India.

  • Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in [Delhi/NCR or your chosen city].
