Shipping policy

At Ruhani by Parul, every piece is packed with love and care to ensure it reaches you safely. Please read our shipping guidelines below.


1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 3–7 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Processing time does not include weekends, public holidays, or unforeseen delays.

  • Customized or pre-order pieces may take longer, and timelines will be communicated at the time of purchase.


2. Shipping Methods & Timelines

  • Domestic (India): Standard delivery within 5–10 business days once dispatched.

  • International: Currently not available. (If you plan to offer later → can add DHL/FedEx timelines here).

  • Delays may occur during festive seasons, sales, or due to courier partner issues.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Charges are calculated at checkout and displayed before payment.


4. Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, you will receive tracking details via WhatsApp/Email/SMS.

  • Customers are responsible for tracking their packages and coordinating with the courier in case of missed deliveries.


5. Address & Delivery Issues

  • Please provide accurate and complete delivery details (name, address, contact number, pin code).

  • Ruhani by Parul is not responsible for delays, non-delivery, or extra charges due to incorrect/incomplete addresses.

  • If a package is returned due to wrong address or multiple failed delivery attempts, re-shipping charges will apply.


6. Damages During Transit

  • All packages are quality-checked and packed securely before dispatch.

  • In the rare case of damage during transit:

    • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video/pictures.

    • Eligible claims will be processed via replacement/refund (as per our Return Policy).


7. Responsibility Post Dispatch

  • Once dispatched, the courier service is responsible for delivery.

  • We are not liable for courier delays, loss, theft, or damage beyond our control.
