Refund policy

  • No returns or refunds are accepted.

  • Shipping charges may apply for exchanges.

Important Guidelines

  • Do not accept the order if the seal is broken/unsealed at the time of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.

  • Items without tags or original packaging will not be accepted.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.

  • Cancellation requests after dispatch cannot be accepted.

How to Cancel

  1. Email us at ruhanibyparul@gmail.com.

  2. Mention your Order ID and product name.

  3. Use the subject line: “Cancel Order – [Your Full Name, City]”.

  4. Once verified, the system will automatically process the cancellation.

⚠️ Important: Any customer who places a Cash on Delivery (COD) order and rejects it upon delivery will be permanently banned from our website.
